Norton Peskett Solicitors Cannot be Trusted to Keep Their Word
Coming Soon ---- A detailed description of how Norton Peskett Solicitors enter
into business agreements, and then break those agreements with no compunction
whatsoever. This website will present a detailed chronological account, supported
by documents, emails, and recorded telephone conversations with senior staff
and partners of Norton Peskett Solicitors, in which their voices will be clearly
recognisable. You will hear them make promises, then break those promises. Several
examples will be presented, such as:
- The Eight Microsites
- A Promise to investigate thefts of a client's property, followed
by pulling the rug out from under that client, and denying that
that client ever was a client.

All business is based on agreements. More formally these are contracts. Whether
written or verbal, a contract is the essential building block of all business
transactions. If a company, or an individual, cannot be trusted to keep the agreements
that it freely made, then it is impossible to do business with that company or
individual.
So why now? What motivated this new website? It is the accumulated frustration
of being lied to so many times. Norton Peskett have now broken the agreement
on the eight microsites for the third time. Three strikes and you are out! And
the constant lying: Norton Peskett claimed that some unknown third party had
published a forbidden site, even when computer forensics traced the site content
to Norton Peskett's own equipment, right down to a matching serial number of
a camera recorded in a jpeg. Busted!
Norton Peskett have got away with this lying, stealing, bullying, and intimidation
for way too long. Now it is time to turn the tables on these Shysters.
